Whole home pressure is 40 PSI. OUT TODAYfor tenant complaint of toilet storage. Tenant gave office door code, when I arrived home was unoccupied. I called and spoke with tenant who let me know that the toilet in the full hallway bath was clogged but both toilets back up frequently. I unclogged the hallway toilet and upon further inspection found that the handle was broken and would not allow the flapper to open fully, not letting the appropriate amount of water into the bowl per flush. I replaced the handle. Inspection of the master bath toilet showed the same issue with a broken handle, I replaced that handle as well. Both toilets are flowing and flushing properly. Out to property today to assess possible gas leak. When I arrived, I found the exterior gas meter to be on. As I entered the house, I found two gas appliances one is a water heater and the second is the kitchen stove. I smelled no gas in the house and will check the connections on each item. Upon further inspection and testing I found the air handler in the attic, I tested all three fixtures and was alerted to gas coming from both ends of the supply line to the stove. I turned the gas off, disconnected the fittings and found they had not been installed properly. I reinstalled using thread sealant and tested with no further issue or concern. Out today to address tenant concerns of the kitchen sink leaking. Upon inspection and moving a sink full of dishes I identified the left side was leaking from the basket strainer. I found the retaining nut was extremely loose. I was able to tighten and test with both flow and volume with no continued issues or concerns. No additional estimates needed Job complete Please bill out.

This estimate is to partial recipe the sewer lines for master bathroom, returned out due to the bathroom being stopped up again, ran sewer through and opened clean out, found nothing holding water and no blockage. Put level on 3inch lines and the 1 1/2 line, found the lines to either be level or back falling, flushed toilet and saw water pass through, flushed paper next and did not see the paper flow. When I removed the clean out for water to drain large amounts of baby wipe material as well as asphalt drained out. Will need 10 foot of 1 1/2, 20-30 feet of 3 inch, 1 3 inch wyes, 1 3 inch by 1 1/2 eye, 90’s, couplings. Piping under home is abs. Returned out today due to bathroom being clogged again, resipro decided to have piping replaced, cut out old abs and installed new pvc pipe, once installed tested with no further issues at this time, tested all fixtures.

Customer stated this out to confirm there was no gas leak Technician notes after inspecting I found that the home had a gas stove one gas fireplace one non-gas fireplace, and the water heater was operating on gas as well as the dryer. Both fireplaces were capped off with no gas supply leading to the home, and no signs of a gas leak around the area. The gas nipple for the dryer was capped off and shut off with no signs of a gas leak, I tested around the water heater to, and determine there was no gas leak at this time as well as the stove Resolution I did bring to resipro’s attention that the soft copper gas line on the water heater was Kington multiple spots. It was supposed to be replaced with the installation of the new heater as per Georgia code razee. Pro stated they will go back to the contractor who installed it for warranty purposes, and would like an estimate in case it’s not under warranty. They are aware it is not leaking at this time but it’s a yellow flag and could cause

Customer stated runs out of hot water soon and shower isnt hot n Technician notes after inspecting found the home to have a new 40 gallon natural gas water heater. And the home owners issue was running out of hot water after filling the tub up. As for the shower I saw it had a fairly new glacier bay single handle shower valve with a remodel kit and the max tempature was turned down preventing the tempature from being hot. Resolution after adjusting the single handle tempature setting i tested and found that this solved the cold shower issue and explained to the home owner that she was just going through the 40 gallons of hot water.
