CUSTOMER STATED: leak in front yard in flower bed area TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found that there is a leak about 5 feet from meter and will need to dig up in order to diagnose issue . RESOLUTION: as of today dug up area and found that there was a irrigation control leaking as of today I tightened what was leaking but explained to home owner they may need to replace the piece that is leaking in order to have irrigation water flow since i may have just shut off that controller. CUSTOMER STATED: First floor toilet backing up TECHNICIAN NOTES: Cleared blockage by removing toilet and running snake RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: After clearing clog, the technician performed a camera inspection and found two areas of backfill that caused this toilet to continue to back up. 3/5/24 job notes : Out to the residence today for a sold estimate to replace single handle tub/shower valve located in the full hallway bathroom upstairs. To replace valve we needed to remove tile on the front side for the proper access. RESOLUTION : Installed new delta single up handle tub/shower valve and trim kit. After installing new valve, we have fully pressurized the system to test repairs. At this point in time there are no current concerns with the work completed today. JOB NOTES : Please process remaining payment for estimate completed. JOB STATUS : Job complete CUSTOMER STATED: Tub/shower upstairs is leaking. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for the concerns of a defective delta tub/shower cartridge located in the full hallway bathroom located upstairs. Defective cartridge is causing constant water flow into the tub. Homes water pressure from the front side hose bib is 60 PSI. Recommended to replace defective delta tub/shower cartridge to AHS. W

Customer states the pilot light went out due to a flood Upon inspection found the pilot light to have gone out due to it getting wet Shut off gas control valves and waiting 5 mins for it to reset Relight pilot light Tech notes Water presser was above 120 psi informed customer that is way to high Also to not I have history with this customer from a previous company and know the water line to only be about 2 to 3 years old Gave customer quotes to replace the Prv and the water heater and a few shut off valve

CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak coming from the kitchen faucet whenever the water was being used. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection, I found that this is a single handle with separate pull out sprayer kitchen faucet located on main level of home. I found that whenever the faucet was turned on it would leak directly from the handle. I let homeowner know this could be a cartridge issue, or the faucet itself. I let the homeowner know I was unable to remove the handle from cartridge stem due to the excessive corrosion, and the faucet will have to be replaced. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I was able to successfully remove the existing failed single handle kitchen faucet with separate pull out, sprayer and replace with brand new glacier bay faucet with separate pull out sprayer with no issues. I tested for several minutes with running water with no issues or any further leaking. JOB NOTES:**Please bill out to choice warranty as necessary for today’s diagnosis trip, and complete

CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that they are seeing a leak in the dining room ceiling TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found there is a leak showing up around the vent in the ceiling After inspecting we found that the guest bathroom tub spout was leaking by the wall and when the shower is used water is pouring out the back of the tub spout and into the wall showing up in the ceiling below The water pressure is high RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We replaced the tub spout Tested with no issues JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?) Stated.. clogged disposal and fireplace not coming on Tech notes.. came out today to look at a clogged disposal and a fireplace not coming on while on site found the disposal breaker to have been tripped and disposal was jammed, the fire place located in the living room has gas coming to it but the fire place ignition was not functioning properly. Customer didn’t seem too worried about having fires place fixed just want to see what the issues was Resolution.. unjammed disposal and reset breaker. Drained the sink that was clogged.
