CUSTOMER STATED: Main level toilet in son's bathroom is leaking. States her master bathroom shower valve needs replaced due to stain on grout. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found leaking supply line in son's bathroom that supplies toilet. Supply line needs replaced to stop leak. Removed handle and corrosion from master bathroom right side shower valve. Checked for leaks but everything is dry. RESOLUTION: Replaced supply line in son's bathroom that supplies toilet. Found that shower head had build up and was causing drip onto handle and running down wall. Customer cleaned shower head.

This water heater is 8 years old. Expansion tank needs to be replaced to stop the leak. RESOLUTION: I removed the old expansion tank and installed a new as well as restored the water and tested for proper function.

Also noticed faucet could have been fastened tighter down to the sink itself so it doesn't wiggle back and forth. RESOLUTION: Hot side stop supplying to kitchen faucet has been replaced with no further leaks or drips and is now supplying sufficient hot water to the kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet has also been secured tighter to the sink so it no longer wiggles back and forth

RESOLUTION: Homeowner has contacted Kohler and they are sending an entire replacement faucet. A homeowner with call to schedule next week after she receives the new faucet.

RESOLUTION: Installed Kholer supplied parts once they arrive at the customer's home.
