Customer stated we never repaired toilet properly the first time which is why I replaced flapper. Upon arrival, found no concerns with the flapper. Concerns are due to flapper chain falling off from the existing flush handle. Flush handle does not have perforated holes to properly attach flapper hook. The woman I spoke to on phone was able to find an available plumber to come within a half hour of my call, the 2 gentleman who came to the house were very polite and knowledgeable, and they even had a extra toilet in their truck and were able to replace my toilet (I only called about a leak around the base but I discovered a crack earlier today around the rim). Very happy with my experience.
