Customer stated Estimates needed for water line to refrigerator. Technician notes There is an existing saddle valve under sink that is capped off and copper line run around the interior of the cabinet and sticking out of the wall behind the refrigerator. Resolution Two options for which we will provide es First is to modify the pipe below the sink the remove the saddle valve, run the supply line around the cabinet and into a MGP installed shut off.

CUSTOMER STATED: Wanting water heater replaced because it is 13 years old and doesn't want another leak to occur. CUSTOMER STATED: Water stain in first floor bathroom ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES: This is directly below a full bath occupied by two teenage boys RESOLUTION: There was already an access panel behind shower that I was able to remove and examine. I ran the tub and shower. Splashed the overflow with no leaks or drips. I did find that the spout/diverter is not fully engaging and sending water over the side of the tub. If the shower curtain is not correctly in place this will cause water to run out side of the tub and trickle through the tile joints and into the ceiling below. I do not find this to be a plumbing related issue. This is a splash issue.

TECHNICIAN NOTES: After inspecting the plumbing fixtures I found that the right side bar sink was slow draining and the plumbing underneath was back falling. The 2 toilets were both loose. The office has 2 6 gallon electric water heater under both bathroom sinks. The only major issue I found is the left side 6 gallon water heaters that T and p relief valve was jammed against the Thermal expansion tank and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. RESOLUTION: the tenant will discuss with the landlord about what he will cover and let us know. Tenant stated he wanted a higher handicap toilet.
