Customer Stated: He was having water leaking in his garage coming from his water heater. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home. This water heater is 26 years of age. The heater has no expansion tank, and old copper gas flex line, which is out of code for the state of Ga. The heater was visibly leaking internally, which indicated that the heater has failed/malfunctioned, and is in need of replacement. I educated customer on due to the age of the heater, and the fact that it is leaking internally there are no repairs I can make it can only be replaced. Let customer know that AHS will only cover the cost of the water heater itself, but he will need to pay the out of pocket expenses for the code required items. Home owner agreed on out of pocket expenses, and to move forward with replacing the heater with code required items. Resolution: We replaced old 40 gallon natural gas water heater with new Rheem 40 gallo

The tenants complaint is that the hall bathroom on the 2nd floor the toilet is clogged. They attempted to plunge the toilet and it did not work. I found that when the toilet is flushed, the bowl backs up, and after a while, it slowly drains. I plunged and augered the toilet several times and cleared the clog I pulled back what appears to be wipes of some kind Job completed Lula said to send pictures and notes of the job so they can speak with the property manager

CUSTOMER STATED: That they have a leak appearing in the basement bedroom ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Created access in the ceiling and was unable to locate any leaks. Checked the water meter and found there are no active leaks. Diagnosed inside the kitchen and noticed the cabinet filled with water and saw that when the faucet is ran water leaks down the sprayer hose, into the cabinet, and then down into the ceiling below. RESOLUTION: Didn’t have the exact sprayer hose needed this is one that slips in and locks into place with a button and threads onto the sprayer head. We will need to order the part then make a return trip to replace it. MGP NOTES: sprayer hose needs to be ordered and nice it arrives we will need to make a return trip. ESTIMATE NOTES: none needed AUTHO: 115VEJA JOB STATUS: complete
