Customer States: There is a leak under the kitchen sink. Hallway bathroom and guest bathroom tubs drain slow. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with a leak under the kithen sink. Found a loose tubular drain nut. Tightened nut and this solved the issue at hand. However, the tubular under the kitchen sink was not ran properly. The trap adapter is higher than the tubular. And this can cause drainage issues. Guest bathroom tub and hallway bathroom tub both had hair in them. Cleared hair from drain and tested for proper flow. Resolution: Built estimate to rework kitchen drain. It does function, but is not proper. Job Notes: Send estimate to ResiPro. I do not have all parts needed to perform this task. May need to open back of cabinet up to gain access to pipe. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro. Estimates: Good to send.

Customer States: The water in the hallway bathroom upstairs shower will not shut off. They turned the water off to the home to keep water from flowing continuously. Technician Notes: Found that the water in the upstairs hallway bathroom is constantly flowing on the cold side in the shower. Three handle valve. Removed stem from valve to discover the washer and screw came off of the stem. Resolution: Installed a new washer and tightened screw back to stem. Reinstalled stem in the three handle valve. Restored water and tested for proper function. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located while onsite. Bill to ResiPro. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro. CUSTOMER STATED: The tenants complaint is that the water pressure coming out of the master bathroom shower head is to weak TECHNICIAN NOTES: We tested the shower and we noticed a slight pressure drop in the water coming out of the shower head We the removed the shower head and found the amount of water coming out of the tub spout and the shower head is drastically different We went into the crawl space and found the area under the tub and there is no active leak coming from the shower valve or from the shower head line There is evidence of past leaks There is pressure with the shower head even with the low amount of flow From what I can tell the diverter is opening all the way RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We pulled the diverter stem and found that the screw for the flat washer was loose the stem looks to be fairly new and the flat washer was good We tightened the screw and reinstalled the stem Tested with no issues If any more problems happen then I’d recommend replacing th

CUSTOMER STATED: Water heater is making weird noises. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of a water heater making loud noises. While on site, i had hot water running for 20 minutes but it would not make any mechanical failures. Water pressure reading was 100 PSI. I have recommended to the homeowner to consider replacing the hot water system due to the age of the existing electric water heater. JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?) - A part needs to be ordered for the 3-handle Kohler shower valve as the pressure is at 90. - The pressure regulator valve could not be found, so we will need to dig up the area at the meter and install the pressure regulator valve there.
