CUSTOMER STATED: high water usage check for leaks in home TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location for diagnosis, found water meter was running while approaching the house heard noises coming from inside which shows someone is in home, could be a possible squatter. CUSTOMER STATED: leak was showing up in the garage ceiling TECHNICIAN NOTES: after cutting out the worst part of the ceiling I found the toilet flange was the culprit for this week. After removing the toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom, I inspected the flange and found the flanges and proper working order. It just needed to be pulled and reset due to a faulty waxing ring RESOLUTION: after pulling, resetting the upstairs guest bathroom, toilet, I tested and found no further leaks or drips at this time. Current whole home pressure is 120 psi JOB NOTES: we need to send an estimate for a pressure reducing valve replacement STATUS submit today’s invoice to resipro online AUTHO submit to resipro for today’s invoice for cutting the drywall and pulling in resetting the guest bathroom toilet ESTIMATES please send pressure reducing valve estimate

Customer States: Faucet in kitchen is loose. Technician Notes: Out today to inspect issue with kitchen faucet and potentially replace. Moen single handle kitchen faucet. Found that the mounting tube has come loose from the faucet body. Faucet does not need to be replaced. Threaded orange mounting tub back into body of faucet. Customer States: Water heater in garage is leaking. Technician Notes: Out today to inspect issue with water heater located in garage leaking. Unit is a GE 40 gallon natural gas water heater. Manufactured in November of 2000. Unit is 23 years old. Leak is coming from the bottom of the tank and the drain bib. I recommend this tank be replaced. Resolution: Submit diagnosis to Choice home warranty for autho. Estimate was created for replacement. Awaiting choices response. The tenants complaint is that the kitchen faucet is extremely loose and wobbling around I found that the kitchen faucet is loose and wobbling around When I tightened it the brass screw is pulling down out of the body of the faucet So there is no way to tighten the faucet down to the counter top The faucet is still working it turns on and off with no issues but the body of the faucet dose move around Could not receive an answer from management about replacement There is no leak causing any damage it’s just moving around when used The kitchen faucet is still under the manufacture warranty Job not completed

Customer stated- water leak in basement bathroom ceiling Technician notes- Arrived and found basement bathroom ceiling buckled due to the amount of water that leaked, found when customer moved in 2 weeks again whoever installed the washer did not tighten the hot side at all on the washer box, most water had poured into ceiling, onto floor of bathroom and into garage. Resolution- Tightened the hot side and checked all connections to stop leak, out small hole in ceiling for water to drain out and all is complete at this time. This estimate is to replace the 50 gallon electric water heater. It’s located in the garage on the elevator platform. Current unit is a 50 gallon short electric that is approximately one year old and this estimate includes all code required items to have the new unit inspected and up to Georgia code. Today’s service notes After installing the new 50 gallon electric water heater in the garage on the elevated platform I found that the home at high water pressure as well as a second leak behind the washing machine. I was unable to find the pressure reducing valve inside the home we will need to submit authorization to Installing Villa pressure reducing valve exterior of the home I tested and found no leaks or drips at the heater and the heater is operating as it should Job complete Authorization approved today’s invoice Chris is going to contact Carrie to find out what he wants to do for the pressure reducing valve

This estimate is to pull out pipe and replace gasket for MB STAND UP SHOWER Did not have gasket with me to replace and also need a helper in order to get drain apart. Needs some to hold it from the kitchen ceiling while other person is at the top unscrewing it. This estimate is to replace the 40 gallon natural gas short water heater that is approximately 10 years old located in the garage on an elevated platform. This estimate includes all Covid card items to have the new unit inspected as well as a permit. Today’s service notes We came out today to install the 40 gallon natural gas shorts water heater located in the garage on an elevated platform. After installation, we tested and found no leaks at this time we did, however find the home had high water pressure at 140 psi. It was explain to the homeowner that if pressure was high after installation due to not being able to test on the initial trip, and no warranty from my Georgia Plumber would be on the work that was done today as well as the heater. After informing the homeowner of what needed to be changed, she authorize me to change out the Wilkins pressure reducing valve. After changing out the pressure reducing valve, we tested and found that the house pressure is now at 62 psi. It
